Handmade Sourdough Loaf 380g (frozen)


Made using traditional methods, BAKED HELLAS handmade sourdough bread is more nutritious and easier to digest than conventional bread. It is also good for those watching their blood sugar levels, making it one of the healthiest breads around.

Please note: this product has been frozen. It will be supplied frozen and ready to bake. Defrost for 90 minutes prior to baking.

Cooking instructions:

Pre-heat oven: 220°C/Fan 200°C/Gas 7. Place a tray with 200ml of water on the bottom shelf of the oven to produce steam. Remove all packaging. Place the loaf on the middle shelf of the oven and bake for 10- 11 minutes.

2 or more products may require longer cooking time.

INGREDIENTS: Wheat flour, durum wheat flour, water, rye sourdough (water, rye grains, fructose, malted rye, lactic acid bacteria), wheat gluten, durum wheat semolina, salt, yeast, barley roasted malt, roasted malt rye, roasted malt wheat, dextrose, emulsifier: Mono-and di fatty acid glycerides, Antioxidant: L Ascorbic acid, fructose, enzymes.

ALLERGENS: See ingredients in bold. Contains gluten. May contain traces of sesame, milk, egg, nuts, lupin, soya.

Frozen product. Keep frozen at -18 degrees centigrade. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
